How do I Enjoy PEANUT FREE BOX ?

Easy, just go to our subscription page and subscribe now! We offer monthly boxes, or if you want to have it come for a few months in a row, go ahead and choose 3 or 6 months. Wait patiently by your door for your PEANUT FREE BOX to arrive and Enjoy!


What can I expect to Enjoy in a PEANUT FREE BOX ?

In each PEANUT FREE BOX expect to receive a variety of snacks, treats, sweets, and goodies hand selected by our “Chief Enjoy Officer” that are peanut and tree nut free.


Are the items you have chosen really peanut and tree nut free?

We research each and every one of the products we provide in our PEANUT FREE BOX and make sure they are truly peanut and tree nut free. We will not include a product in our box if we feel it does not meet our criteria. Please read our ingredient disclaimer.


Can I gift a Peanut Free Box, so someone else can enjoy?

Absolutely, we want to make sure anyone can enjoy! A Peanut Free Box can be sent as a gift either as a one-time send or give the gift of many months and order one of our discounted multi-month boxes. Please visit our subscription page for multi-month boxes or send a one-time Gift.


How do the different subscription plans work and When will I be billed?

We currently offer monthly, 3 month, and 6 month plans.

For monthly plans, you will be billed on the 15th of each month then on the 15th of every month there after. As an example, if you signed up on the 5th day of the month, you will not be billed until the 15th day of that month. If you order on the 16th of a given month you will not be billed until the 15th of the following month.

For 3 and 6 month discounted plans, you will be billed on the 15th of each month then on the 15th of every month there after until your term ends. These plans are recurring and will renew at the end of the initial term at the current discounted rates. You can cancel a 3 or 6 month plan at anytime, but you are responsible for the fulfilling the full term period.


When is the PEANUT FREE BOX shipped out each month?

Peanut Free Box is shipped out once a month and boxes ship out the third week of each month. Expect to receive your Peanut Free Box between the third and fourth week of each month.

All orders received up to the 14th of each month will be sent out that month. Orders placed after the 14th of each month will receive their first Peanut Free Box in the following month.


Will I receive tracking information when my box is shipped?

Yes, you will get your tracking number by email once your box has been shipped.


Is PEANUT FREE BOX available internationally?

We are currently only available in the US. We do not ship internationally at this time. We will look to expand this in the near future.


What if some of my PEANUT FREE BOX products are damaged?

We hope that does not happen, but if something is please reach out and contact us via our contact page. We want to fix it as soon as possible so you can enjoy.

How do I cancel my monthly subscription?

Sorry that you need to stop enjoying. If you wish to cancel your monthly subscription, you can cancel by logging into your account from the subscribe page: MY SUBSCRIPTION ACCOUNT 

We hope it is only temporary and love for you to come back and enjoy again.

Can I order individual products featured in PEANUT FREE BOX ?

Yes, please visit our products page and order away.


When are product order shipped?

All product orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days upon successful order completion unlike Peanut Free Box subscription service which is shipped out once a month.
